Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Aurezza website and to all orders placed through our webshop.

Aurezza is operated by A.G.A. Florio Holding B.V., based in the Netherlands.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

Aurezza
Operated by A.G.A. Florio Holding B.V.
The Netherlands
Website: www.aurezza.shop
Email: info@aurezza.shop

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

Aurezza, we, us or our means the webshop operated by A.G.A. Florio Holding B.V.

Customer, you or your means any person, consumer, company, legal entity or organization using the website or placing an order.

Consumer means a natural person who purchases products for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Business Customer means any customer who places an order for purposes related to a trade, business, craft, profession, company, legal entity, organization or resale activity.

Product means any product offered on our website, including perfumes, cosmetics, hair products, body products and related beauty products.

Order means a purchase placed through our webshop.

Website means www.aurezza.shop and any related Aurezza domain or storefront.

3. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • every offer made by Aurezza;

  • every order placed through our website;

  • every agreement between Aurezza and the customer;

  • the use of our website, content and services.

These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers.

Certain provisions apply only to consumers. Other provisions apply only to business customers. Where a provision specifically refers to consumers or business customers, that provision applies only to that customer category.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, payment methods, delivery options or third-party services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific additional terms, the specific terms apply only to that specific service or situation.

4. Consumer and Business Orders

A customer is treated as a Consumer if the order is placed by a natural person for private, non-business use.

A customer is treated as a Business Customer if the order is placed:

  • using a company name;

  • using business billing details;

  • using a VAT number;

  • for resale purposes;

  • for commercial use;

  • on behalf of a company, organization or legal entity;

  • in connection with a trade, business, craft or profession.

By placing a business order, the person placing the order confirms that they are authorized to bind the relevant company, organization or legal entity.

Consumer protection rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers and not to business customers, unless mandatory law states otherwise or Aurezza expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Products and Product Information

Aurezza aims to supply original products through reliable suppliers and distribution channels.

Products are generally supplied in their original packaging unless stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, product names, descriptions, images, contents and prices accurately. However, product images are for indication purposes only. Manufacturers may change packaging, bottles, labels, formulations, presentation or product design.

The product name, volume, variant, description and information shown during checkout are leading, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Minor differences between product images and the delivered product do not automatically mean that the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Offers, Prices and Availability

All consumer prices shown on our website include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

For business customers, prices may also be shown including VAT unless a separate business offer, quotation or invoice states otherwise.

Shipping costs, payment fees, service fees or other additional costs are shown separately before you place the order.

All offers are subject to product availability. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible. In that case, we may offer:

  • a replacement product;

  • a later delivery;

  • cancellation of the order;

  • a refund of the amount paid.

We reserve the right to correct obvious mistakes or errors, such as incorrect prices, incorrect product information or technical errors. If an obvious error affects your order, we will inform you and give you the option to continue the order under the corrected conditions or cancel the order.

For business customers, offers are non-binding until accepted and confirmed by Aurezza, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Placing an Order

You can place an order by selecting a product, adding it to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Before placing your order, you must check that all information is correct, including:

  • product selection;

  • quantity;

  • billing details;

  • shipping address;

  • email address;

  • phone number, if provided;

  • company details, if applicable;

  • VAT number, if applicable;

  • selected delivery method;

  • selected payment method.

Your order becomes final once we have received your payment or payment confirmation and you have received an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason to do so, including suspected fraud, misuse, payment issues, incorrect information, product unavailability, unusually large quantities, suspected unauthorized resale, technical issues or an obvious error in the offer.

8. Business Orders and Resale

Business customers may place orders through the website, unless a specific product, promotion or payment method is limited to consumers.

Aurezza is not automatically a wholesale supplier. Business orders are accepted subject to availability, payment verification and our approval.

We may refuse, limit or cancel business orders if:

  • the ordered quantities are unusually large;

  • the order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale;

  • the order may harm brand reputation, supplier relationships or marketplace compliance;

  • payment or fraud checks fail;

  • the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled;

  • the order conflicts with supplier restrictions or legal obligations.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, business customers are not granted exclusivity, distribution rights, marketplace rights, trademark rights or any right to present themselves as an authorized distributor of Aurezza or of any third-party brand.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payments are processed through a secure payment environment. We use Mollie as our payment provider.

Depending on availability, payment methods may include:

  • iDEAL;

  • credit card;

  • PayPal;

  • Apple Pay;

  • Google Pay;

  • Klarna;

  • Riverty;

  • iDEAL in3;

  • other payment methods shown during checkout.

The available payment methods may vary by country, order value, customer eligibility, business status, payment provider approval and fraud-prevention checks.

We do not store full credit card details or full banking details on our own website.

For business customers, payment must be made in advance unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Business customers are not entitled to suspend payment, set off claims or deduct amounts from payment unless Aurezza has agreed to this in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Payment Service Fees

Certain optional payment methods may involve additional costs for Aurezza. Where legally permitted, Aurezza may charge a payment service fee or payment method fee for selected payment methods.

This may apply to payment methods such as:

  • Klarna;

  • Riverty;

  • iDEAL in3;

  • other buy-now-pay-later, post-payment or instalment payment methods.

For these payment methods, Aurezza may pass on part of the payment provider cost, service cost or financing cost to the customer, where this is legally permitted.

If a service fee applies, it will be clearly shown during checkout before you place the order. The customer can then choose whether to use that payment method or select another available payment method.

For consumers, any payment service fee charged by Aurezza will only be charged where permitted by law and will not exceed the costs that Aurezza is allowed to pass on for the relevant payment method.

For business customers, payment method fees, service fees or administrative fees may be charged as shown during checkout, in a quotation or on the invoice, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

By selecting a payment method with a clearly displayed service fee and placing the order, you agree to pay that service fee as part of the total order amount.

If the law does not allow a payment fee to be charged for a specific payment method, Aurezza will not charge such a fee for that payment method.

11. Klarna, Riverty and iDEAL in3

Klarna, Riverty and iDEAL in3 are third-party payment services. These services may allow you to pay later or pay in instalments, depending on the payment method and your eligibility.

Use of these payment methods may be subject to approval by the relevant payment provider. Aurezza does not decide whether you are accepted for these payment methods.

The relevant payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy, credit checks, payment reminders, collection procedures, late fees or other conditions.

Aurezza is not responsible for a payment provider’s refusal to offer a payment method to you.

If you choose Klarna, Riverty, iDEAL in3 or another third-party payment method, you must comply with the terms of that provider.

Any payment service fee charged by Aurezza for these payment methods will be shown before you place the order and will only be charged where legally permitted.

12. Invoices for Business Customers

Business customers may receive an invoice based on the billing details provided during checkout.

The business customer is responsible for providing correct company information, VAT details, billing address and email address.

Aurezza is not responsible for incorrect invoices caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a business customer requires specific invoice details, these must be provided before placing the order.

13. Delivery and Shipping

The available shipping countries, shipping methods and delivery costs are shown during checkout.

We ship to the Netherlands and, where available during checkout, to other EU countries.

Delivery is made to the shipping address or pickup point provided by the customer. You are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery details.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information causes delay, failed delivery, return shipment or extra costs, Aurezza may charge reasonable additional costs to the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Delivery Times

Delivery times shown on the website, product page, cart, checkout or order confirmation are expected delivery times or anticipated delivery times.

These delivery times are provided as an estimate and are not an absolute or guaranteed final delivery date, unless we expressly state in writing that a specific delivery date is guaranteed.

Delivery may depend on factors such as:

  • supplier availability;

  • warehouse processing;

  • payment verification;

  • carrier performance;

  • public holidays;

  • peak periods;

  • force majeure;

  • customs or cross-border logistics;

  • incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

For consumers, nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights. If we do not deliver within the agreed delivery period, or within the legal delivery period where no specific period was agreed, you may have the right to give us an additional reasonable period for delivery and, if delivery still does not take place, cancel the order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For business customers, delivery times are indicative and are not fatal deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing. A delay in delivery does not give a business customer the right to compensation, cancellation or refusal of the order unless Aurezza has been given a reasonable written final delivery period and still fails to deliver within that period.

15. Delivery Risk

For consumers, Aurezza is responsible for the product until it has been delivered to the address or pickup point provided by the consumer.

For business customers, risk transfers to the business customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, unless mandatory law or a written agreement states otherwise.

Once the parcel has been delivered to the address or pickup point provided by you, the order is considered delivered.

If you choose a carrier or delivery service yourself that was not offered by Aurezza, the risk may transfer to you once the product has been handed over to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aurezza.shop and include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and product.

16. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, not collected from a pickup point, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return and handling costs from any refund, unless otherwise required by law.

For business customers, any additional shipping, return, storage, handling or administrative costs caused by refused, failed or unclaimed deliveries may be charged to the business customer.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

17. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving an online order.

Within this period, the consumer may inform us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the consumer must return the product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the return notification.

More information can be found in our Refund & Returns Policy.

18. No Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers

Business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Business orders may only be returned if:

  • Aurezza agrees to the return in writing;

  • the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered;

  • return is required by mandatory law;

  • return is allowed under a specific written agreement.

A return request from a business customer may be refused.

If Aurezza accepts a business return as a goodwill gesture, Aurezza may apply reasonable conditions, including return shipping costs, administrative costs, restocking costs or a reduction in value.

19. Return Conditions

Returned products must be handled with care and returned unused, complete, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

For perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products and hygiene-sensitive products, returns are only possible if the product is unused, unopened and, where applicable, still sealed.

For products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may lapse once the hygienic seal has been broken after delivery.

If a product has been used, damaged, opened, sprayed, tested, returned incomplete or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may refuse the return or charge a reduction in value, depending on the condition of the product and applicable law.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was received damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.

20. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments and refunds may be processed through Mollie or another payment provider used for the transaction.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.

If a consumer withdraws from the full order within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment, where applicable.

Additional costs for premium delivery, express delivery or other optional services may not be refunded if you specifically chose a more expensive option than standard delivery.

Payment service fees are refunded only where required by applicable law or where the relevant payment provider’s rules require this.

For business customers, refunds are only issued where Aurezza has accepted the return, cancelled the order, confirmed a defect or where mandatory law requires a refund.

21. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at:

info@aurezza.shop

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • clear photos of the product;

  • clear photos of the outer packaging;

  • clear photos of the shipping label.

Consumers must report issues within a reasonable period after discovery.

Business customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Visible damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries must be reported as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours after delivery. Hidden defects must be reported as soon as possible after discovery.

If a business customer fails to report a visible defect, shortage or incorrect delivery within a reasonable period, the product may be deemed accepted, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, refund or another suitable remedy.

22. Warranty and Legal Conformity

For consumers, a product must meet what the consumer may reasonably expect from it under the purchase agreement.

If a product is defective, incorrectly delivered or does not match the description, the consumer may be entitled to a legal remedy under applicable consumer law.

For business customers, Aurezza warrants only that the product will materially correspond to the order confirmation at the time of delivery. Any further warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Normal changes in packaging, bottle design, labels or product presentation by the manufacturer do not automatically mean that the product is defective, provided the product itself corresponds to the order.

23. Retention of Title

For business customers, ownership of products remains with Aurezza until the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, service fees, payment fees and other amounts owed, has been paid in full.

Until ownership has transferred, the business customer may not pledge, encumber or otherwise dispose of the products in a way that conflicts with Aurezza’s ownership rights, unless this occurs in the ordinary course of business and is permitted by law.

24. Customer Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You are responsible for:

  • checking your order before payment;

  • providing correct billing and delivery details;

  • providing a valid email address;

  • being available for delivery where required;

  • collecting the parcel from a pickup point on time;

  • following return instructions;

  • using products only in accordance with their intended purpose.

You may not use our website for fraud, abuse, unlawful activities, automated scraping, unauthorized access or any activity that may harm Aurezza, our customers or third parties.

Business customers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, marketplace rules, resale rules, labelling requirements, tax obligations and consumer obligations that apply to their own business activities.

25. Accounts

If account functionality is available, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or close an account if there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

26. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers and sale prices are subject to the conditions shown with the offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discount codes cannot be applied retroactively;

  • only one discount code may be used per order;

  • discount codes may be limited to specific products, categories, countries or order values;

  • promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

If an obvious error occurs in a promotion or discount, we may correct it or cancel affected orders.

Promotions intended for consumers may be refused or cancelled for business customers, bulk orders or resale orders.

27. Reviews, Search Results and Product Ranking

If our website displays reviews, product rankings, filters, recommendations or search results, these may be based on factors such as relevance, category, availability, price, popularity, newest products, brand, margin, promotional status or technical webshop settings.

If paid placement, sponsored products or advertising are used, we will aim to make this clear where required by law.

We do not knowingly publish false reviews. If reviews are displayed, we may take measures to prevent fake, abusive or misleading reviews.

28. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, design, layout, product presentation, banners and other materials, belongs to Aurezza or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish or commercially use website content without our prior written permission.

Product images, brand names and trademarks may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and product information purposes.

Business customers do not receive any intellectual property rights, brand rights, distribution rights or marketing rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

29. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, marketing, advertising, security and fraud prevention, depending on your cookie choices and applicable law.

More information can be found in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

30. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery partners, analytics services, advertising platforms, social media platforms, translation services and security tools.

Examples may include:

  • Mollie;

  • Klarna;

  • Riverty;

  • iDEAL in3;

These third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Aurezza is not responsible for the content, policies or services of third-party websites or platforms, except where required by law.

31. Limitation of Liability

For consumers, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where this is not permitted by law.

For business customers, Aurezza’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim, unless liability cannot be limited by law.

Aurezza is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, reputational damage, missed marketplace sales, loss of data or third-party claims, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Aurezza is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • incorrect information provided by the customer;

  • misuse of products;

  • failure to follow product instructions or warnings;

  • delays caused by carriers, suppliers or external circumstances, except where liability cannot be excluded by law;

  • temporary website unavailability;

  • third-party service interruptions;

  • force majeure;

  • resale decisions or marketplace use by business customers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Force Majeure

Aurezza is not required to fulfil obligations if prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force majeure may include, but is not limited to:

  • supplier delays;

  • transport disruptions;

  • strikes;

  • illness or staff shortages;

  • war;

  • government measures;

  • import or export restrictions;

  • natural disasters;

  • fire;

  • technical failures;

  • cyber incidents;

  • payment provider outages;

  • carrier disruptions;

  • stock shortages outside our control.

If force majeure continues for an unreasonable period, both the customer and Aurezza may have the right to cancel the affected order, with any payments already made refunded where required by law.

For business customers, force majeure does not create a right to compensation or damages.

33. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at:

info@aurezza.shop

Please include:

  • your order number, if applicable;

  • your full name;

  • a clear description of the complaint;

  • photos or documents, if relevant.

We aim to respond to complaints as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may use the legal options available to consumers. Within the EU, you can also find information about consumer rights and dispute resolution through official European consumer channels.

34. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

35. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court under applicable law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

For business customers, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
