Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain how payments are handled on the Aurezza website.
Aurezza is operated by A.G.A. Florio Holding B.V., based in the Netherlands.
These Payment Terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between these Payment Terms and our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions apply.
1. Payment Provider
Payments on our website are processed through a secure payment environment.
We use Mollie as our payment provider. Mollie processes payments on behalf of Aurezza and may support different payment methods depending on your country, order value, customer status and payment provider approval.
We do not store full credit card details or full banking details on our own website.
2. Available Payment Methods
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include:

The availability of a payment method is not guaranteed. Payment methods may vary based on country, order value, customer eligibility, payment provider approval, fraud-prevention checks or technical availability.
3. Payment Moment
Your order is processed after we have received payment or payment confirmation through our payment provider.
Your order is final once we have received your payment or payment confirmation and you have received an order confirmation by email.
If payment is not completed, cancelled, refused, reversed or rejected, we may cancel or suspend the order.
4. Prices and VAT
All consumer prices on our website are shown including VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, payment service fees and other additional costs are shown separately before you place the order.
For business customers, prices may also be shown including VAT unless a separate business offer, quotation or invoice states otherwise.
5. Payment Service Fees
Some optional payment methods involve additional costs for Aurezza.
Where legally permitted, Aurezza may charge a payment service fee or payment method fee for selected payment methods.
This may apply to payment methods such as:

iDEAL in3;

other buy-now-pay-later, post-payment or instalment payment methods.
If a payment service fee applies, it will be clearly shown during checkout before you place the order.
By selecting a payment method with a clearly displayed service fee and placing the order, you agree to pay that service fee as part of the total order amount.
For consumers, any payment service fee charged by Aurezza will only be charged where permitted by law and will not exceed the costs that Aurezza is allowed to pass on for the relevant payment method.
For business customers, payment method fees, service fees or administrative fees may be charged as shown during checkout, in a quotation or on the invoice, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
If the law does not allow a payment fee to be charged for a specific payment method, Aurezza will not charge such a fee for that payment method.
6. Klarna, Riverty and iDEAL in3
Klarna, Riverty and iDEAL in3 are third-party payment services.
These services may allow you to pay later or pay in instalments, depending on the payment method and your eligibility.
Use of these payment methods may be subject to approval by the relevant payment provider. Aurezza does not decide whether you are accepted for these payment methods.
The relevant payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy, credit checks, payment reminders, collection procedures, late fees or other conditions.
If you choose Klarna, Riverty, iDEAL in3 or another third-party payment method, you must comply with the terms of that provider.
Any payment service fee charged by Aurezza for these payment methods will be shown before you place the order and will only be charged where legally permitted.
7. Failed, Cancelled or Refused Payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled, refused or not completed, the order may not be processed.
Aurezza may cancel an order if:

payment is not received;

the payment provider refuses the payment;

the payment is reversed or charged back;

fraud-prevention checks fail;
-
incorrect payment information is provided;

there is a technical or administrative issue with the payment.
If your payment failed but money was still reserved or debited, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If needed, you can also contact us at info@aurezza.shop with your order number and payment reference.
8. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, payments may be subject to verification, fraud-prevention checks or additional review by Aurezza, Mollie or another payment provider.
We may refuse, cancel or delay an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment, incorrect information or another payment-related issue.
This helps protect Aurezza, our customers and payment providers against abuse and unauthorized transactions.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless we agree otherwise.
Payments and refunds may be processed through Mollie or another payment provider used for the transaction.
We may wait to issue a refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned, where applicable.
If a full order is returned under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment, where applicable.
Additional costs for premium delivery, express delivery or other optional services may not be refunded if you specifically chose a more expensive option than standard delivery.
Payment service fees are refunded only where required by applicable law or where the relevant payment provider’s rules require this.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your payment or order, please contact us first at:
Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, we may provide the payment provider, bank or card issuer with order information, delivery information, tracking details, communication records and other relevant evidence.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Business Customers
Business customers may place orders through our website, unless a specific product, payment method or promotion is limited to consumers.
For business customers, payment must be made in advance unless Aurezza expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Business customers are not entitled to suspend payment, set off claims or deduct amounts from payment unless Aurezza has agreed to this in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Payment method fees, service fees or administrative fees may be charged to business customers as shown during checkout, in a quotation or on the invoice.
12. Invoices
Invoices are based on the billing details provided during checkout.
You are responsible for providing correct billing information, including company details and VAT number where applicable.
If you require specific invoice details, these must be provided before placing the order.
Aurezza is not responsible for incorrect invoices caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
